We aim a society where everyone has access to quality products and services on an inclusive price, that contributes to its full development.
From the roots
We are a family formed by two nationalities: Morocco and Brazil. Both are countries with great social inequalities.
Our beliefs unite us: we believe in the power of entrepreneurship to generate significant changes in society.
We also believe that there are market gaps that can (and should!) be addressed through good business models.
We see in ourselves as a complementarity between passion for making the difference and ability to create more opportunities for the less fortunate so together we can go further.
In recent years, we have had the opportunity to get involved with different roles, both in the traditional corporate world and in the investment world, as in the reality of startups and especially in the field of investments and impactful businesses.
From this experience, the sense of urgency leads us to gather all our capacities to attract capital, mobilize partners and access to tools, so that together we can put ourselves at the service of opportunities for social change.
Current Social Issues
On one hand, B and C population, despite of in theory being able to pay to access education, health and quality housing products and services, in reality this does not occur due to higher transaction costs.
This causes them to either commit a huge portion of family budget to access private products or services OR access public network for free, with very low or reduced quality.
On the other hand, we noticed many entrepreneurs driven by the purpose of offering products and services to solve lower-income population social and environmental issues.
However, there is an inefficiency in management of services offered, generating underserved markets, which could be accessed with scalable solutions; and improvement in management quality.

We invest in companies that have, in their business model, intention to generate positive social and environmental impact, to add value to our ecosystem.
